Overview

At Taiba Pharmacy, patient safety and product integrity are our highest priorities. Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, certain products cannot be returned once they have been dispensed, delivered, or collected.

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, defective, or expired product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Prescription medications.
  • Dispensed pharmaceutical products.
  • Opened or used over-the-counter (OTC) medicines.
  • Vaccines, biologics, refrigerated products, or temperature-sensitive items.
  • Medical devices or healthcare products that have been opened or used.
  • Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products.
  • Products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or signs of tampering.
  • Customized or specially ordered products.
  • Gift cards.

Once these products leave our premises, we cannot guarantee their storage conditions or integrity and therefore cannot resell or redistribute them.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was supplied.
  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • The item was defective upon receipt.
  • The item was expired at the time of delivery.
  • The item was received in a condition that makes it unsuitable for use.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened (unless the issue relates to a defect or damage).
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage during delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace products when:

  • An incorrect item was supplied;
  • The item was damaged upon delivery;
  • The item is defective; or
  • The item was expired when received.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after notification of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Return Shipping

Please do not return products without first contacting our customer support team.

Where a return is approved due to an error on our part, a defective product, or damage during delivery, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and any applicable shipping arrangements.
